Service four of four

Pre-departure &
overseas support.

Visa, flights, housing, bank, SIM, transport, cultural primer — and the first ninety days on the ground. We don't disappear after the visa stamp. Because that's when most things actually start going wrong.

The visa file

Where most agents cut corners.

Visa rejections come from sloppy files — not bad students. Document hierarchy, cover letter, supporting evidence, financial proof: each country has its rituals. We obsess so the embassy doesn't have to.

If your visa is rejected despite our work, we file the appeal at no additional cost.

What we handle

  • Country-specific document checklist (every embassy has different demands)
  • Financial proof structured to match the consulate's actual requirements
  • Cover letter — written for you, addressing intent + return + funding clearly
  • Document apostille & translation coordination
  • Blocked account setup (Germany) or sponsor letter (Spain, Hungary)
  • Health insurance procurement at correct coverage level
  • Biometrics & appointment scheduling at the consulate
  • Pre-interview prep if interview is required
  • Appeal filing if rejected — included, no extra cost

Your first 90 days

Week by week.
We're a WhatsApp away.

Week 0 — pre-flight

Final packing list

Country-specific essentials. Electronics, voltage adapters, cold-weather gear, important paperwork copies, things easier to bring than buy abroad.

Week 1 — landing

First 7 days

Airport → temporary stay → SIM card → transport pass → grocery essentials → orientation at uni. Detailed daily checklist for each day.

Week 2

Residence registration

TIE in Spain, Anmeldung in Germany, residence permit in Hungary — every country has a 14–30 day window. Miss it and you fall out of legal status.

Week 3

Bank account & permanent housing

Open a local bank account (timing matters — needs your residence card). Move from temporary housing to long-term flat or dorm.

Weeks 4–6

Settling rituals

Health insurance activated, doctor registered, library card, gym, the practical small tasks that build a real life rather than a tourist one.

Weeks 7–12

Part-time work search

CV restructured for local market, job platforms guide, language interviews if relevant. Most students land their first part-time role within 60 days.

After day 90, you don't need us anymore — but we don't disappear either. Many alumni still WhatsApp questions years later.

The unspoken part

The first homesick week
is the hardest.

For most students, the loneliness hits somewhere around day 10 — bank's not approved yet, food tastes weird, friends are 5 hours behind, parents are worried. We've been there. WhatsApp is open. Sometimes you just need someone who knows what's normal.

Pre-departure pricing

A la carte.
Or bundled with the rest.

Available standalone or as part of the full end-to-end package. Bundle discount applies. Visa appeal — if needed — is included at no extra cost.

Pre-departure FAQ

Questions students ask
right before flying.

What if my visa is rejected?

+

We file the appeal at no additional cost and strategize a stronger second application. Our visa success rate is 94%+ — but when rejection happens, we don't disappear. Most appeals are successful when prepared properly.

Do you have people on the ground?

+

In Madrid, yes — our founder is based there and meets new arrivals in person where possible. In other cities we work with trusted partners and alumni who help with airport pickup and housing visits. Always with prior introduction.

Can I find housing on my own?

+

Yes — many students do. We give you the legitimate platforms, list the common scams, brief you on what landlords actually need from non-EU students. The most expensive mistakes happen here, so we don't leave you alone unless you want to be.

What about insurance?

+

Each country has approved insurance providers for student visas. Spain accepts ADESLAS, Sanitas, MAPFRE. Germany accepts TK, AOK, Mawista. Hungary accepts most international providers. We help you pick the cheapest valid one — usually €60–€130/month.

How long does WhatsApp support last?

+

Officially 90 days post-arrival. Unofficially? You can ping us years later about visa renewals, residency questions, or family visits — we usually respond. We treat alumni as alumni, not closed tickets.
