Service three of four
First, we tell you which English test you actually need. Then we prep you focused on the band you need, not the perfect score. And we handle the documents nobody else wants to — apostilles, translations, transcripts, LOR templates.
First question
Most students pay €200+ for the wrong test, then have to retake. Different countries and programs accept different ones. We diagnose first.
Most widely accepted across Europe. Paper or computer. Quick result.
Internet-based. Strong for US-leaning curricula and tech programs.
Fully computer-based. Fast results. Growing acceptance.
Cheapest, fastest, take from home. Growing acceptance but not universal.
If you're applying to a German Studienkolleg or German-taught program, you may need TestDaF or DSH instead. We cover those too — separately quoted.
Our prep tracks
For students already at or near target band. We diagnose where you're losing points, drill those, and run mock tests in the last week.
For students with conversational English but no test exposure. We build vocabulary, structure, and test strategy from scratch.
We don't sell 100-hour packages. The cost-benefit drops sharply after 30–40 focused hours.
Documentation
Application docs are where most students leak admit chances. We obsess over the details so admissions officers don't have to.
Two coached drafts. We ask the questions that pull out your real story. You write. We refine. Admissions officers spot consultant-written SOPs instantly — yours won't be one.
Coaching, not ghostwriting.
We brief your recommenders with profile-aligned talking points. Provide bullet templates they can shape. Most professors thank us — most have never been asked properly before.
Different LORs for different unis.
Apostille coordination, certified translation, university envelope sealing — every country has its own paperwork ritual. We've done them all.
APS certificate for Germany included.
Test prep pricing
Test prep and documentation can be taken on their own. Bundle with counseling and scholarships for substantial savings. Disclosed on your free discovery call — no surprises.
Test prep FAQ
Most European master's want IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6.0) or equivalent. Top programs at ETH, IE, EPFL ask for 7.0+. We tell you the realistic minimum for your shortlist on day one — no over-prep for unnecessary bands.
Sometimes yes — many universities accept Medium of Instruction (MOI) letters from your bachelor's institution if you studied entirely in English. Germany and Hungary are particularly flexible. We check this first; it can save you €200 and two months.
No — we coach. We ask the questions, identify the stories, give structural feedback, edit voice and grammar. But the words must be yours. AI and consultant-written SOPs are detected almost universally now. Your real voice on your best day wins.
That's normal. We give them a structured brief — your strengths, project highlights, and the right framing for European admissions panels. They use it however they want. Most write much better LORs than they would unsupported.
Apostille from MEA (India) takes 2–3 weeks if you go through a registered agent. Certified translation takes another week. We start this at the beginning of the application phase — not after — to avoid the panic.
