Cancellation & Refund Policy

What you pay for
The first discovery call is free. After it, and a full evaluation of your profile, we agree an advisory fee scoped to your needs and disclosed in writing before you pay anything. Our fee is for professional time and expertise, counselling, university and route selection, document and application preparation, and coordination, not for any admission, scholarship, visa or residence decision, which is never ours to grant.
Cancellations & refunds
- •You can cancel and request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided substantial work on your file has not yet begun.
- •Once work has commenced (for example document review, drafting, applications or coordination with institutions), fees become non-refundable, as they pay for professional time already spent, except where we agree a partial refund at our discretion for work not yet done.
- •Any specific refund terms in your individual written service agreement take precedence over this page.
- •Third-party costs (university or government application fees, visa or residence fees, lawyer or translation fees, courier charges and the like) are paid to those third parties and governed by their own rules; we cannot refund them.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email info@visagrad.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name and payment reference. We will confirm receipt and let you know the outcome, honestly and in writing.
How approved refunds are paid
Where a refund is due, we process it to your original payment method through our payment gateway (Razorpay). Refunds are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days of approval, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
