Who we are

Visagrad is an independent education and immigration advisory based in India, and is the data controller for the information you share with us. We handle your data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, because we work with students who study and settle in the EU, we also follow good-practice EU (GDPR) standards, regardless of your nationality. Your data may be processed in India and in the locations where our secure providers operate. Our registered company details and a contact address are available on request and will be listed here. What we collect

Where it's stored

Your submissions are stored securely with our database and storage provider (Supabase). Access is restricted: lead records and uploaded documents are not publicly readable, and only authorised Visagrad team members can view them.
