We are not a university, a government department, an embassy or visa office, or a law firm. The decisions that actually matter, admission, acceptance, funding, a visa or a residence permit, are made entirely by the relevant universities, scholarship committees, embassies, consulates and government authorities, under their own rules and applicable law.
