Who we are

Visagrad is an independent education and immigration advisory based in India. We are advisors and consultants, not a university, a government department, an embassy or visa office, or a law firm. We are reachable seven days a week over WhatsApp, video and email. Our registered company details and a contact address are available on request and will be listed here. These terms are governed by the laws of India (see "Governing law" below).

What we do, and what we don't

Our role is purely advisory. We assist you to understand your options, find your best-match universities and pathways, and prepare a tailored, bespoke application, across counselling and university selection, scholarship guidance, test preparation and documentation, pre-departure support, and residency and settlement coordination. The decision to admit you, fund you, or grant you a visa or residence permit is never ours to make, and we never represent otherwise.

No guarantee of outcomes

Because we are advisors, not decision-makers, we cannot and do not guarantee any outcome. In particular:

• , We do not guarantee admission, acceptance, a scholarship, a visa, a residence permit, or any immigration result. Each of those decisions rests solely with the relevant university, scholarship committee, embassy, consulate or government authority, under their own criteria and applicable law, which can change at any time without notice.
• , Past results, testimonials and success stories reflect what some students achieved with our help. They are not a promise, prediction or guarantee that you will achieve the same.
• , Match percentages, cost estimates, timelines and indicative results on this site (for example the Europe Fit tool and the assessment) are for exploration and planning only. They are not offers, advice to be relied upon, or guarantees.
• , For legal immigration matters we may coordinate with independent licensed professionals. Visagrad is not a law firm, does not provide legal or immigration advice, and does not offer legal representation.

Fees

The first discovery call is free. Visagrad works as a bespoke advisory: after the discovery call and a full evaluation of your profile, we agree an advisory fee tailored to your needs and goals, disclosed transparently and in writing before you commit. Exact terms are set out in your individual service agreement.

Your responsibilities

Intellectual property

The content, design and tools on this site belong to Visagrad and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

We act in good faith and with professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Visagrad, its team and partners are not liable for: any admission, scholarship, visa or immigration decision made by a university or authority; any change in law, policy, fees, processing times or eligibility by any institution or government; any loss, delay or refusal arising from inaccurate, incomplete or untruthful information you provide, or from missed deadlines; or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the advisory fees you have actually paid us for the specific service in question.

Your indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Visagrad harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from information or documents you provide that are inaccurate, misleading, incomplete or not genuine, or from your breach of these terms or of any law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Visagrad is based in India. These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from our services, are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
