Service six of six · Done for you

Apostille, attestation & homologación, handled.

This is the part that turns your future into a pile of stamps, translations and government queues, and the part that quietly ends good applications when one document is wrong. So we take it off your plate completely. Hand it over once, and our team gets it legalized, translated and recognised for you. Smooth, comfortable, done, while you get on with actually getting there.

The four words people confuse

Apostille is not legalization. Translation is not homologación. We handle all four.

Apostille

A single certificate that authenticates a public document for use in another Hague-Convention country. We arrange it and track it.

Legalization / attestation

For non-Hague countries, a chain of stamps instead of one apostille, notary, foreign ministry, then embassy. We run the whole chain for you.

Sworn translation

An official translation the authority will actually accept, in Spain, a traductor jurado. We use translators whose work gets through.

Homologación

Official recognition that your foreign degree counts. Slow, bureaucratic, and brutal if you start late. We start it early and chase it hard.

What we get done for you

  • Your apostille and embassy attestation, arranged and tracked for you
  • Legalization handled for non-Hague-Convention countries
  • Sworn, accepted translations sorted by our recognised translators
  • Your degree homologación filed early, managed and chased to the finish
  • One point of contact, so you never queue at a ministry yourself

One less thing to lose sleep over

Hand it over once. We make it disappear.

Imagine arriving with every document already accepted. No rejected files. No "come back next week." No €40 stamp that quietly costs you a whole intake. We run this maze so often we know exactly where it breaks, so you never have to find out the hard way.

Hand it to our team

Homologación, read this twice

It can take a year. Start it late, and it costs you the year.

Recognising a foreign degree in Spain can run many months, sometimes well over a year. It is the single most common thing students start far too late, and by the time they realise, the intake is already gone. You cannot rush a ministry. But you can beat the clock the only way that works: start first, and chase hard.

That is exactly what we do. The moment your file is ready, we get your homologación moving and keep pushing it, so it works quietly in the background from day one instead of blocking you at the finish line. The students who hand this to us early almost never lose a year to it. The ones who wait, usually do.

Document FAQ

The questions that save an intake.

Do I have to deal with the authorities myself?

+

No, that is the whole point. You hand it over once and our team takes it from there: preparing, submitting, translating, tracking and chasing. The stamp is formally issued by the government, but you never sit in the queue, we do that for you.

Apostille or legalization, which do I need?

+

We confirm the exact route for your case before you spend a euro, based on your country and your destination. Then we just get it done. You do not need to figure out the difference, that is our job.

How fast can homologación move?

+

Recognition is a government process, so we cannot bend their queue, but we can beat the clock the way most people lose it: by starting early and chasing relentlessly. We file it the moment your file is ready and keep pushing, so it is working in the background from day one instead of blocking you at the end.

Will my own translator do?

+

Usually not, most authorities only accept sworn or officially certified translations, and a rejected document can cost you an entire intake. We route it to translations that get accepted the first time.
